As the SEO/Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and analyze website traffic metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and content creation.
Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders through regular reports, presentations, and meetings.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve overall digital marketing performance and achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure project success. Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
Client Communication and Team handling is must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
