Overview:
As a Lead Associate - Buying, you will play a crucial role in the purchasing activities of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing buying processes, identifying procurement needs, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the buying team to achieve purchasing objectives.
Develop and implement buying & merchandising strategies to optimize costs and improve procurement efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Lead Top Line & Bottom line targets with data driven approach.
Deliver agreed GM%.
