Job Description
- As a Software Tester / Software Trainer in the Tech Development department at our organization, you will be responsible for testing and training on the same software. With 3-5 years of experience, you will be based at our office in Gurgaon, Haryana. Your primary skills should include a good understanding of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and various testing methodologies. It is essential to have expertise in test case preparation, review & execution, defects review and management, as well as black box testing. You should be well-versed in usability, GUI, functional, system, regression, and smoke/sanity testing. A basic knowledge of any programming language, particularly .NET, and the ability to write and execute SQL queries are required. Strong communication and comprehension skills are crucial for this role. Experience in testing web and mobile applications is preferred. In addition to testing responsibilities, you will also be required to support and mentor new/existing employees with the new and updated releases of our own software.
