Job Description
As a Associate Lead Software Engineer, you will support and grow a development project team, own responsibility of overall team performance and results and direct the project team in estimation. You will analyze, design, code, debug, test and modify software enhancements and/ or new software, and provide high- level architecture guidance and create strategic technical designs for projects of small scope within given solution area. You will manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders, provide input to project resourcing plans, advocate for an efficient development environment, set expectations and drive continuous improvement and high quality code. Additionally, you will consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding new features to develop software specifications, translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects,
As a Associate Lead Software Engineer, you will manage routine associate situations, direct the work efforts and results of a team of associates, develop team goals and manage them for results, and develop associates through coaching performance. You will complete performance reviews, goal setting, development and planning. You will also promote diversity and create a respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 8 years of experience in a Software Engineering job
At least 7 years of Core Java with design patterns experience Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in a Healthcare IT company
At least 3 years of Core Java with ooad experience Expectations:
Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Willing to learn new technologies as needed
Willing to travel as needed
Willing to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Additional Information
