SAP Localization:-

 

Localization in SAP refers to adapting the software to meet country-specific legal, tax, and business requirements. This includes:

• Taxation rules (e.g., GST in India, VAT in Europe)
• Legal reporting (e.g., e-Invoicing, statutory reports)
• Language and currency support
• Payroll and HR compliance
• Chart of accounts and financial statements

 

SAP e-Document Compliance (e-Doc):-

 

SAP e-Document compliance ensures that electronic documents (like invoices, credit notes, etc.) are generated, validated, and transmitted in accordance with government regulations. This is especially important in countries with mandatory e-Invoicing or real-time reporting.
