- Engage with prospects on LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Promote corporate training solutions and internship/training programs
- Schedule demo sessions and meetings with Business Development Team
- Assist in social media marketing and promotional events
Skills Required:
- Good communication and persuasive skills
- Basic understanding of marketing tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Excel
- Interest in HRTech, EdTech, or IT Industry
- Willingness to meet targets and interact with professionals confidently
2. HR Business Operations InternLocation: ChennaiInternship Duration: 6 MonthsStipend: Performance-based / Certificate & Pre Placement OpportunityKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR Sales & Marketing Interns to collect leads and inquiry details
- Maintain CRM/Excel trackers for:
- Corporate clients
- Colleges and Training partners
- Candidates database
- Assist in interview scheduling, onboarding, and reporting
- Support in documentation and MIS updates
- Follow up with colleges, candidates, and corporates for feedback and closures
- Work closely with hiring and training teams to track training-to-placement pipeline
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work with data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of HR and training operations
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach

3. HR Intern Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Location: Chennai Internship Duration: 6 Months Stipend: Performance-based / Certificate & Pre Placement Opportunity
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand current and future hiring needs for internal and client requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, campus drives, and social media.
- Shortlist and schedule interviews for various roles across domains such as IT, Sales, Operations, and Internship positions.
- Maintain and update the candidate tracker, interview feedback, and talent database.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and explain roles, responsibilities, and expectations to candidates.
- Connect with training candidates and alumni for placement follow-ups and job opportunities.
- Support in organizing career fairs, recruitment drives, and college collaboration initiatives.
Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and HR processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
