Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables
- Prepare and deliver Working Capital MIS reports with actionable insights
- Design and maintain dashboards to track metrics like inventory health, STR%, Q2, and liquidation
- Conduct weekly and monthly working capital forecasting and modeling
- Manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process in coordination with BizFin and IPC teams
- Analyze performance indicators and communicate variances against plans and AOP
- Prepare and submit MEC files related to inventory on time
- Drive automation initiatives with data analysts to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain G&A MIS reports, highlighting expense trends and variances
- Support G&A AOP development in collaboration with department heads
- Review and approve G&A expenses in line with budget and policy
- Ensure timely submission of provision inputs to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: CA or MBA in Finance
- Experience: 12 years in working capital management, financial analysis, or related fields
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data visualization tools, and basic SQL knowledge
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
