Job Description
Our client Veterans , with a track record of building successful businesses has launched an AI startup for contact centers. Based in Chennai, they are building real-world AI solutions that blend LLMs with human interaction, driving innovation in speech tech and enterprise automation.
Role & responsibilities
- Leading An AI /ML Team
- Strong Back Grpond IN NLP
- Lead a cross-functional team building AI-powered call center solutions.
- Deploy and fine-tune STT, TTS, and LLM models for real-time performance.
- Convert expert agent feedback into actionable model tuning strategies.
- Drive prompt engineering and integrate LLMs with RAG/CAG workflows.
- Rapidly customize models and workflows for enterprise clients.
Ensure scalable and cost-optimized model deployment
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong expertise in NLP, LLMs (GPT, Mistral, Claude, etc.), and speech tech.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams or mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience in designing scalable, production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on with integrating LLMs into real-time applications.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
