Job Description


Our client , a reputed BPO / Call Centre group with operations across major Indian metros/ cities. As part of their strategic expansion, they are launching a dedicated HR Services vertical focused on providing end-to-end staffing solutions (white-collar & blue-collar) to group companies and external clients across India.

Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Head with deep experience in the HR services industry to lead this vertical from the front. The role involves P&L responsibility, setting up the business architecture, client acquisition, delivery across geographies, and scaling the vertical to serve external clients in the BPO/ITES, retail, and service sectors.


Role & responsibilities

  • Design and execute a business plan to establish scale-up the HR Services division
  • Take ownership of P&L, top line and bottom-line targets
  • Define GTM strategy, pricing models, and delivery KPIs
  • Leverage existing BPO/ITES industry networks to onboard new clients
  • Build a national client base across services, logistics, BFSI, e-commerce, retail & More
  • Drive revenue through staffing contracts, temp-to-hire, and project-based deployment
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing, screening, onboarding, and compliance
  • Use metrics to track TAT, attrition, and client satisfaction
  • Responsible to automate and streamline workflows
  • Ensure adherence to Compliance Across business
  • Drive a performance and accountability culture across the division

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PG in HR or Business Management
  • Minimum 15 years in HR services, ideally with exposure to staffing for BPO/ITES or services sector
  • Must have led a vertical or company with full financial accountability Proven ability to build and lead multi-city teams
  • Strong connects in the HR & staffing ecosystem
