We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our educational technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education sector, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to deliver impactful products that enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Roadmap Development:
Develop and manage the product roadmap for educational solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives to drive product success.
Market Analysis & Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in the education sector.
Use insights to shape product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Performance Measurement:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
Leverage data and user feedback to iteratively improve product offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with user needs.
Industry Awareness:
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the education domain.
Integrate these insights into product planning and development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles within the education domain, with a strong track record of launching and managing successful products.
Hands-on experience with educational technologies, digital learning platforms, and instructional design principles.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data and make informed, strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
