Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech Support - DOTNET professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for .NET applications, troubleshooting issues, working closely with development and infrastructure teams, and ensuring business continuity through high-quality technical support. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend coverage.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide application support for .NET-based enterprise systems.
  • Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for escalation and resolution.
  • Handle deployments and production support activities.
  • Participate in release management and change control processes.
  • Document support processes, known issues, and resolution steps in the knowledge base.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in application support for .NET technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar).
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts and support workflows.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
