We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the education domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant experience, possessing a deep understanding of educational processes, systems, and technologies in the Indian context. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with client to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to educational products and services.

2. Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education sector.

3. Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project prioritization.

4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

5. Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

6. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.

7. Conduct user acceptance testing and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.

8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational products and services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the education sector in India.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Education, or related field. Masters degree preferred.

5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the education domain.

Strong knowledge of educational systems, processes, and technologies in India.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable.
