Job Description
Our Client, is Manufacturers of a unique Toilet Hygiene Product in business for over a decade is looking for MBA - Freshers for its Sales and Business Development role.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of toilet hygiene products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories or sectors (retail, institutional, or B2B).
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of toilet hygiene products to target customers (retailers, wholesalers, hospitals, corporates, hospitality sector, etc.).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- .The Product is positioned for B2B and B2C Markets.
- This product will be given for white labelling sales too .So, Candidates willing to meet and pitch for large corporates will be picked out of the responses
- The Marketing place for this product is hyper market ,Super market and Health store.
- B2B sales is focused on large apartment community builders and large corporate complexes and Hospitality & Healthcare Industry
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience (FMCG, hygiene, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Fresher or Candidates with Prior experience in hygiene/sanitation product sales.
- Knowledge of institutional/B2B procurement processes.
- Understanding of health and hygiene compliance standards.
