Job Description
QAD is looking for a Release Manager to leading the Release Management Team in QAD cloud environments.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of software releases in our QAD cloud environment
- Understanding the Software Development Life cycle.
- Ensure on time delivery, with high quality, and minimal disruption to production environments.
- This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact deployment, quality, or schedule.
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving the release process and including automation.
- Ensuring releases adhere to governance and audit requirements.
- Monitoring post-release performance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Managing and mentoring release management staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- QAD application techno-functional, Progress, Java, Yab, Version control, GIT, SVNetc.
