About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer L2 with an experience of 5 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working as an NOC engineer.


• Proven experience in troubleshooting network infrastructure based on SOP.


• Should have in-depth knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access points.


• Familiarity in responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.


• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.


• Exposure in tracking and documenting network issues; compile incident reports.


• Must perform root cause analysis for future improvements.


• Lead Bridge calls for P1/P2 issues.


• Should mentor and support L1 engineers.
