Job Description
What You'll DoWe are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Professional with the ability to blend advanced analytics, AI/ML, stakeholder communication, to drive data-centric strategies. You will go beyond traditional BI: you'll using modern tools and creating impactful stories that guide critical decisions.
You have a background in data analytics and visualization, demonstrated ability to apply GenAI techniques and the confidence to effectively communicate and present to executive stakeholders.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Apply advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems and create value for customers
- Conceptualize business problems and develop scalable, data-driven frameworks and solutions
- Design scalable data pipelines and transformations using SQL, Python, and Snowflake
- Manage intuitive dashboards, reports, and alerts using tools like Power BI
- Use cloud platforms (Snowflake/AWS) for data orchestration, storage, and compute (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda, Cortex)
- Build GenAI-based solutions. Experience with RAG modeling
- Manage engagements independently, in solving challenges, and build client relationships
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of analytics output and data sources
- Provide training and support to our users and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making
- Collaborate across teams (product, finance, operations, marketing) with a diversity of perspectives and technical backgrounds
What You'll Need to be Successful
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or similar
- Experience with Power BI, Cortex, and other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG modeling
- Experience with data modeling, ELT/ETL (e.g., dbt, Airflow), and scalable analytics architecture
- Experience managing client-facing engagements or large-scale analytics programs
- Work in collaborative, cross-functional teams with varying technical backgrounds
