Location: Bangalore (Work from Office 5 Days)

Position: Lead IT Recruiter (Domestic Hiring)
Experience: 5+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, lead a team, and coordinate directly with clients to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for IT roles
  
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
  
• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with internal teams
  
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and feedback
  
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels
  
• Ensure timely and quality closures of open positions
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
  
• Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills
  
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  
• Capable of working independently and as a team player
  
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
  
• Ready to join immediately or within 15 days
