Job_Description":"We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect AI/ML to lead the design and development of AIOps modules for our enterprise platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, architecture design, and enterprise-scale system implementation. This role involves identifying opportunities within the AIOps space, driving innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in agile environments.
- Design and oversee the development of AIOps modules for an enterprise platform.
- Use Agile methodologies for efficient development and implementation.
- Collaborate with module leads to build end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
- Identify and lead development of impactful AIOps use cases.
- Plan and execute POCs to evaluate new features, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure integration of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI components.
- Guide and mentor technical teams through architecture and implementation decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and system observability.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Experience with Flask; familiarity with other Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django) is advantageous.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data pipelines (preferably in PySpark, Apache Airflow).
- Experience working with vector databases such as Milvus, pgvector, or similar.
- Proficiency with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra.
- Exposure to data visualization tools and practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Qualification
- Bacheloror Masterdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solutions architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale AI projects independently.
