Job Description

Overall 3- 6 years in sales (preferably Health& life insurance sales) with at least 1 years in team handling
Effectively and efficiently resolve client query.
Ensure that the sales targets set for every week are met.
Ensure that the sales team is maintaining a high quality level of service.
Motivate team members.
Understand agent's problems and weaknesses and address them.
Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.

3-6 yrs of relevant experience in insurance sales (Life & health Insurance)
