What will you do


The ideal candidate will take ownership of our organization's security infrastructure and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks. This leadership role demands a broad understanding of security tools and governance protocols with the ability to drive enterprise-wide

compliance initiatives and mentor a growing team. 


Job responsibilities:


Security Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee and manage enterprise-wide endpoint security, DLP, firewalls, IAM/PAM systems 
  • Monitor performance and usage of all deployed security tools 
  • Ensure email security, encryption tools, and key management systems are effectively implemented. 

Compliance & Audit Oversight

  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks 
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, and NPCI requirements 
  • Maintain and enforce cloud security compliance across all platforms 

Monitoring, Reporting & Escalation

  • Develop and publish periodic security reports and dashboards for stakeholders 
  • Trigger alerts and escalation mechanisms in case of security anomalies or policy breaches. 

Governance & Risk Management

  • Align security practices with organizational risk posture and GRC policies 
  • Provide guidance for secure operations and configuration management 

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of security analysts 
  • Coordinate resource allocation and drive performance improvement 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organizations security posture. 

What are we looking for:


  • Hands-on experience managing endpoint security, DLP, firewall policies, IAM/PAM solutions. 
  • Expertise in email security, encryption standards, and key management 
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices 
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, NPCI 
  • Experience with security dashboards, incident response, and escalation handling 
  • Ability to conduct internal audits and ensure effective policy implementation 
  • Proven team management and leadership capabilities. 
  • Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work. 
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. 
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. 
  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals. 

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech) or any equivalent degree/course.  

Experience: 8 12 years 

Industry: IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech 

Location: Noida 

Work arrangement 5 days working from office
