    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelors degree is a plus.
    • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
    • Work Schedule: Willingness to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
    • Work Mode: This is an on-site position, requiring presence at the designated location.
