A minimum of 4 years of experience in manual testing, covering UI, API, and database testing, is required. A strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and the defect lifecycle is essential. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, and SQL is preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued.
