Job Description
- As a tester, you will be responsible for testing the functionality and usability of new or existing software before it goes live to ensure it is bug-free. You will collaborate closely with developers, providing them feedback on areas needing improvement to deliver high-quality programs that meet customer and seller expectations. We are looking for individuals who are team players, fast self-learners, and big dreamers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing software requirements, preparing test scenarios, and analyzing system specifications. You will participate in design reviews, offer input on requirements, product design, and potential issues. Additionally, you should have knowledge of testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, New Relic, PM2, Mixpanel, and other API tools. You will be responsible for analyzing test results on database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability. Furthermore, preparing comprehensive reports on all aspects related to software testing and reporting to the design team will be part of your role. You will execute test cases, whether manual or automated, and analyze the results. Evaluating product code according to specifications, reporting bugs and errors to development teams, and assisting in troubleshooting issues are also key responsibilities. Post-release and post-implementation testing will be conducted, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
