Job Description
- As a Web Developer at Bricks Media, you will be responsible for the development and design of websites for our company. Working collaboratively with a team of professionals, you will play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, and updating our websites to ensure a seamless online presence. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining websites. You will be tasked with creating websites from scratch using HTML, PHP, and WordPress, while adhering to standard HTML/CSS practices to craft engaging website layouts and user interfaces. In addition to website development, you will analyze goals and requirements, troubleshoot bugs and errors, and propose effective solutions to enhance website functionality. Meeting project deadlines and objectives in a timely manner will be essential to your role. Moreover, you will be accountable for overseeing and enhancing the basic SEO of our site, ensuring its visibility and ranking. Staying abreast of emerging tools and technologies, you will integrate innovative solutions into website operations and activities to optimize performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to manage website content effectively. Your commitment to maintaining, expanding, and managing website SEO will contribute to our online success. This is a full-time position based in Panchpakhadi, Thane, Maharashtra. The role offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, paid sick time, and paid time off. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in WordPress. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is preferred for effective communication.
