Job Description
- As a Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for completing specific tasks within consulting projects with minimal supervision. Your role will involve building expertise in core areas, conducting in-depth analysis, research, and supporting solution development. Effective communication with clients and team members is crucial, and achieving high personal billability is a key objective. Your responsibilities include: - Being client-focused and proactive in solving client issues - Organizing work efficiently to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables - Developing a strong understanding of best practices and industry knowledge - Building relationships with both team members and client staff - Contributing to business development efforts by achieving high individual utilization - Leveraging Wipro's core service and consulting offerings - Identifying sales leads and extension opportunities - Developing insights into industry and technology trends - Contributing to team thought leadership and writing up case studies of successful assignments Additionally, you will be expected to: - Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge management - Collaborate with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance growth - Participate in practice development initiatives and share knowledge within the team - Support business performance by delivering consulting engagements flawlessly - Enable business impact for Wipro through front-end consulting engagements - Contribute to the development of thought leadership and consulting offerings - Assist in growing consulting service portfolios for accounts - Develop skills and capabilities to deliver consulting engagements in new industries and technologies - Contribute to collaboration and knowledge management across the organization - Possess mandatory skills in AWS Cloud Operations - Have 1-3 years of relevant experience At Wipro, we are committed to reinvention and digital transformation.
