Job Description
- As an Accountant in our IT/Software Export Company, we are seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end financial operations for our IT/Software export business, ensuring compliance with various regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian Accounting Standards. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in using accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and reconciliation. Your experience in coordinating with auditors, driving process improvements, and maintaining clean compliance records will be crucial for our operations. Your key responsibilities will involve timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, preparation and review of financial statements and budgets, maintaining audit-ready records, implementing financial controls, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance across different geographies. Your role will also require you to uphold confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and company policies at all times. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a strong background in IT/ITES or software export company finance operations. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of Indian tax laws, GST/VAT regulations, and statutory compliances. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential for success in this role.
