Job Description
- As the Head of Execution of projects in the Diesel Generators / EPC Industry, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. Your role will involve overseeing all project management activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. With over 25 years of progressive experience in project execution and management, preferably in the EPC industry, you will have a deep understanding of execution principles, best practices, and industry trends. Your proven track record in successfully leading project operations and driving process improvements will be crucial in this role. Strong analytical skills will enable you to translate data into actionable insights, while your excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills will be key in collaborating with various stakeholders. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in business administration or project management would be preferred. Additionally, possessing certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) would be advantageous.
