- As the International Sales and Marketing Manager based in Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding the company's presence in international markets. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. To excel in this role, you should possess 10 to 13 years of experience in international sales and marketing within the IT industry, along with a solid track record of achievements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive international sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in specific international markets, and fostering strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, as well as collaborate with product development and marketing teams to customize offerings for international clients. You will also lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals with international clients, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Furthermore, as the International Sales and Marketing Manager, you will represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance visibility and networking opportunities. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant international regulations and standards to maintain the company's reputation and operations within the global market.
