What will you do
NPST is seeking a passionate Associate Team Lead Flutter to join our growing mobile engineering team. This individual will contribute to hands-on development while also mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fintech mobile applications and play a vital role in design, implementation, and execution.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead Flutter development projects and guide a team of junior and mid-level developers using technologies like Flutter, Dart, Firebase, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Backend Engineers to translate business needs into well-engineered solutions.
- Design and build robust Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms using state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
- Implement and integrate with Firebase services such as Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Crashlytics.
- Write clean and scalable code using Git and CI/CD tools like Bitrise and Jenkins.
- Ensure performance and security benchmarks using Android Studio, Xcode, and VS Code.
- Manage project documentation and ensure full SDLC compliance with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve applications across platforms.
What are we looking for:
- Strong background in software development with solid hands-on experience in Flutter and cross-platform mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of Dart and Flutter SDK.
- Experience with native Android/iOS development and third-party integrations.
- Proficient in Firebase, RESTful APIs, and using Git for version control.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
- Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate, and own your work.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organizational goals.
Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree
Experience 6-8 years.
Industry- IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech
Work arrangement 5 days working from office.
Location Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Noida
