About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Communications Executive with 2-4 years of relevant experience to support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal and external communications, media relations, brand messaging, and content development to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with the companys vision and business goals
Facilitating effective communication with business heads, collating relevant data, and maintaining a comprehensive data bank.
Draft and manage content for press releases, newsletters, internal memos, website, social media, and corporate presentations.
Coordinate with media houses and journalists to ensure positive media coverage and manage PR activities.
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, product launches, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagements.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to support proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Maintain and update the companys digital presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and the corporate website.
Handle crisis communication under guidance, ensuring timely and appropriate messaging.
Support the creation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in content creation, editing tools, and social media platforms.
Understanding of branding, media relations, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Basic design or multimedia skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management.
