Senior Management position, responsible for the developing and rendering services
around Cross Pillar Services to meet the business goals
As a Cross Pillar Platforms head, the position will require to lead multiple teams for
Global Test Factory, RPA && AI, Workplace Services, Global/India Tools, Quality && KPI,
PMOSS, Innovation && Continuous Improvement and also incubate new competencies
around advanced analytics and Blockchain capabilities.
Will be responsible to manage 700+ team members across all sub-pillars across
multiple locations
Will be responsible for complete financial && operational ownership for the division
including P&&L
Provide strong leadership, governance and && mentoring to all the pillars in driving the
respective roadmap/plans
Identify the measures of success for the cross pillar functions, ensure continuity and
successful delivery against the defined metrics/ KPI's
Responsible for strategy, roadmap definition and implementation for the respective pillar
functions
Directly working with all the other business units to ensure best in class delivery of
services from the respective cross pillar platforms
Provide governance && leadership in project, program && portfolio management best
practices
Lead the Allianz Technology India team to improve current business processes and
systems through new innovations && continuous improvement bringing in more business
efficiencies
Responsible for driving adoption of Testing services related to Test Factory setup,
implementation, automation and reporting
Liase with other pillar units and drive the Quality engineering services in collaboration
with delivery units to help achieve time-to-market, quality excellence and higher
customer satisfaction
Build competencies, capabilities && offerings in terms of tools like ServiceNow && Jira
Drive consolidation of tools and standardizing the toolset used across business
functions
Drive business growth by actively building the PMO capabilities and offerings
Drive the customer experience && innovation culture across the organization
People Management
Effectively lead the Associate Directors, Group Project Managers, and
Architects in the day to day management
Establish methods for knowledge management and skills enhancement.
Establish proper recruitment, pyramid management, training and retention
strategies.
Establish proper performance management and rewarding mechanisms.
Responsible for all resources within the respective group, their optimal
utilisation and professional development.
Personnel management and active development of the leadership skills of
direct reports.
Assist in the design and implementation of staff development plans which
provide sufficient motivation and reward while delivering business targets.
Work with corporate HR in all relevant initiatives.
Qualification
20+ years of experience in IT industry of which at least 10 years in IT service industry.
Thorough knowledge and experience of various types of projects across the spectrum related
to Test factory, Robotics && AI, PMO, ServiceNow etc
Experience in managing && delivering large change && run programs
Constructively structure and manage large diversified domains of technology within the IT
operations framework.
Computer Engineering
Strong Insurance domain knowledge
Good experience in terms of delivering modern digital solutions
Financial acumen
Evaluating run and program business as well as provider management
