Job Description
L2 Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS and Azure platforms.
Location: [Manesar]
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) in a production environment.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to cloud systems.
Provide Level 2 technical support and escalation management for cloud-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and automation for cloud infrastructure.
Implement and maintain backup, DR, and security policies in cloud environments.
Support patch management, compliance, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Assist in infrastructure deployments, migrations, and change management.
Document processes, configurations, and incident resolution steps.
Collaborate with MSP partner to improve support and performance.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Azure: VMs, Azure AD, NSGs, Storage Accounts, Azure Monitor, etc
Infrastructure & Networking:
Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration in cloud environments.
Knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, VPN, routing, firewalls, subnets, etc.
Security & Compliance:
Understanding of cloud security best practices.
Experience with IAM roles, policies, security groups, and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications like AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible to work in shifts or on-call rotation if required.
