Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive in Real Estate for our Bangalore Office. Graduates who has a flair and active interest in Real Estate can apply

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Requirements :

Working on leads generated by Tele-Calling, Digital Marketing or any other source.
Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explain the projects
Coordination with other team for site visit of the clients
Target oriented
Active Interest in Real Estate field
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiating skills
Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach

Additional: Eligible for Incentives on achieving the targets
