Design and build custom scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine StudioDevelop and configure custom ServiceNow workspaces, leveraging UI BuilderCreate and manage interactive dashboards, complex reports, and performance analyticsHandle advanced reporting requirements including Database Views for data from multiple sourcesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsWrite and maintain efficient and reusable scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, etc.)Apply ServiceNow development fundamentals and follow platform best practicesPerform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications and integrationsParticipate in code reviews and enforce coding standardsSupport the implementation lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and documentationMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong experience with App Engine Studio and low-code/no-code development toolsProven experience in building and customizing ServiceNow WorkspacesProficiency in creating database views, advanced reports, and dashboardsDeep knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting componentsExperience in designing and deploying custom scoped applicationsFamiliarity with Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service PortalStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skillsServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, CSA) are a plusExposure to Performance Analytics and Custom WidgetsExperience working in Agile or Scrum teamsFamiliarity with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow Qualification education any degreeexpereince 7 yrs
