Qualification MCA or equivalent, ERP expertise Installation of ERP LN and other peripheral products such as CRM, CPQ, FactoryTrack, Installation & configuration of Infor OS suite of products, ION, IDM, Ming.le, Workflows and Alerts, BI, Configuration of companies, Application configuration VRC structure, User Management , User creation deletion in OS, DB, LN, user authorization & Roles via DEM, Business processes, Job Management scheduling of Jobs creation of Job services,Exchange Schemes management for data import export,Database management creation of Audit directories, Server management backups, space management, regular clean ups, Solution installation via PMCLicense server maintenance (SLM), DM (Object data management), Troubleshooting Server related issues, , 4. Knowledge of other areas ,Operating systems like Unix, Linux, Windows etcInfor LN tools, customization,Other Qualities,Good communication skills,Should be a good team playerMandatory SkillsInfor Administrator
