Create Solution stories as per requirements specified in BRD that deliver the specified business requirementsProduce a modular and flexible E2E design that meets the business requirements The Solution Designer Role is responsible for the overall integrity of solution so must have knowledge of existing system set Telco systems strategy and any applicable IT standardsWell versed with prior design operational experience with any or all of these BT components in Network and Service Fulfillment OSS SRIMS PiPER BERT GEOHUB CSS ROSE iPUB ESBCollaborate with Product owners Business Analysts systems designers platform architects to ensure that every system impacted by the design clearly understand the broader business objectives and ensure documentation sign off of system designsBe responsible for Rapid Impact Assessments RIA IA generating Estimates VROM ROMCollaborate with the Enterprise Architect ensuring that Solution Architectures are in alignment with the overall EA and Technology strategyUphold the architectural governance principles and good implementation design for architectural deliverablesEffectively manage risks and issues associated with Solution designsUse tools techniques that transform E2E designWell versed with Service assurance domain in TelcoSignificant Experience in one or more of the Service fulfillments Network Plan Build Service Management Workflow platforms COTs product or homegrown toolsUnderstanding of generic fault monitoring protocols interfaces such as SNMP Telemetry and SyslogsAbility to understand and define REST SOAP based web services Qualification We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the full design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final delivery. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Additionally, you will translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and engaging design solutions. In this role, you will create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. You will collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback. As a Tech Lead, you will also stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a total of 8 years of work experience, with a hybrid work mode. Business Consulting-Foundational skills are mandatory for this role.
