Possess in depth knowledge of the US healthcare domain with a strong focus on insuranceGood understanding of AI ML concepts for dashboard data insights and Chatbot solutionsHands on experience with web services REST SOAP and tools like Postman and InsomniaStrong Agile methodology proficiency including user story grooming sprint planning and stakeholder collaborationSolid understanding of data mapping data dictionaries and functional specificationsAbility to act as liaison between Business Development and QA teamsExcellent documentation and communication skillsExperience supporting full software development lifecycle SDLC including testing and troubleshootingBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field7 years of experience in systems analysis integration or a related technical roleSecondary SkillsFoundational understanding of AI ML concepts for dashboard and data insightsExperience with Salesforce SFDC including configuration customization workflows reports dashboards and user managementFamiliarity with Salesforce Service Cloud Health Cloud and AppExchange solutionsExperience with screen mockups and UI to data mappingInvolvement in competitive strategy and data driven decision makingExperience coordinating with third party vendors and monitoring solution complianceAwareness of process optimization through dashboard metrics and user analyticsStrong SQL skills for data validation and reporting
