Job Description

Job Title- Salesforce QA Tester
Address: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru, KA 560103 India
Shift: 4pm to 1 am IST
Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite, post 7pm split hours(Office and Home)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the QA process for Salesforce-related projects, including integrations with NetSuite.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce customizations, APIs, and Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders for resolution.
Ensure compliance with established QA standards, best practices, and business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and testing needs.

Required Qualifications:
3- 6 years of hands-on experience in QA.
Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, and custom applications.
Expertise with test management tools (Zephyr).
Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
