JD #64+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA mhodologies and testing processes.Exposure to Generative AI tools (less than 1 year) and a willingness to incorporate AI-powered solutions into QA workflows.Proficiency in using QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar for defect tracking and test management.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to write clear and concise test cases.Basic understanding of SQL and database testing is a plus.Familiarity with basic scripting or test automation frameworks is an advantage, though not required.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
