Key Responsibilities:1. Automation Strategy & Framework Development:o Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for mobile and web platforms.o Develop best practices, guidelines, and standards for automation tools and frameworks.o Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for effective test automation.2. Test Automation Implementation:o Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.o Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.3. Integration Testing:o Design and execute integration testing strategies to validate end-to-end workflows across systems and platforms.o Ensure seamless integration of APIs, services, and third-party components with mobile and web applications.4. Quality Assurance Leadership:o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA and development teams on automation best practices.o Drive continuous improvement of automation coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:o Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation goals.o Communicate test results, automation progress, and metrics to stakeholders.6. Performance & Scalability Testing:o Contribute to the performance testing strategy for mobile and web applications.o Ensure automation solutions are scalable and performant across multiple environments and devices.Required Qualifications:1. 8+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation for mobile and web applications.2. Proven expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber or similar tools.3. Strong experience with integration testing tools and methodologies (e.g., RestAssured, SOAP UI).4. Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.5. Proficient in testing RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.6. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.9. Ability to mentor and guide team members.
