Level: Senior Executive
Reporting To: Vice President - B2B, myPartner
Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:
The incumbent will join the B2B team and play a key role in managing daily business reports. The role demands strong analytical skills to interpret business data effectively. They will support the team with actionable insights and trends. Overall, the candidate will contribute to enhancing data-driven decision-making across key business metrics.
What will you be doing:
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; generate regular, insightful reports.
- Identify and evaluate trends/patterns in complex data sets to recommend performance metrics for the PAN India BD team.
- Create impactful data visualizations to clearly communicate business insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support the deployment of analytics solutions and track business outcomes to measure ROI effectively.
- Take ownership of execution and problem-solving in a hands-on, detail-oriented manner.
- Integrate and analyze data from diverse, and at times incomplete, sources to uncover actionable insights.
- Present findings, analyses, and recommendations through visually engaging and easy-to understand PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand, align, and prioritize key business and data requirements.
- Identify and define opportunities for improving business processes through data-led insights
Qualification and Experience:
- B.Tech from reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL, Excel & Python), analysing data trends and reporting.
