Job Description
- As a Technical Lead specializing in Playwright, you will be responsible for leading and driving automation projects for healthcare-specific applications. With 6 to 8 years of experience, you are expected to possess strong expertise in Playwright (Typescript/JavaScript), Selenium with Java, Core Java, Automation Framework Design, API Testing (REST Assured/Postman), CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Git), SQL/Database Testing, and BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin). Your key responsibilities will include working within Agile methodologies, participating in scrum rituals, and conducting regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. You should have a deep understanding of healthcare-specific tools such as FHIR and DICOM, and be capable of leading Proof of Concepts (POCs) and driving innovative solutions. Effective communication and coordination with team members are essential, along with the ability to resolve technical challenges faced during projects. Your role will involve actively engaging with clients on a daily basis to comprehend requirements and testing needs. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in show and tell sessions, identify project risks and challenges, and provide suitable mitigation strategies. Proactive learning of healthcare standards, workflows, and technologies is crucial for this role, as well as the ability to articulate effectively and share project status updates with Leads and Client Managers. Your expertise in manual testing principles, Agile methodologies, and the desired tools and frameworks like TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Git, REST Assured, JIRA/ALM, and Cucumber will be highly valuable in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
