- The Corporate Strategy team at Cognizant collaborates with senior executives to define and execute strategic initiatives in three key areas. This includes shaping long-term global strategy, undertaking strategic projects such as M&A support and operational efficiencies, and providing guidance on business unit strategy. As an Associate Director / Director in Corporate Strategy, you will play a crucial role in leading complex projects, driving impact, and managing relationships with executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include taking ownership of internal projects, leading project teams, communicating complex ideas effectively, driving high-impact problem-solving, and establishing thought partnerships with senior executives. You will also be responsible for presenting progress updates to key executives, contributing to team development efforts, and fostering a positive working environment through mentorship and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience, with a significant portion at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, along with top academic credentials. Experience in leading end-to-end strategy consulting projects, managing teams, and engaging remotely with global teams is essential. A collaborative, impact-oriented mindset and experience in the tech industry or specific sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail & Hospitality are preferred. In this role, you will oversee project teams, provide expert guidance to clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze client needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also facilitate workshops, monitor industry trends, build strong client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to business development efforts. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills are key qualifications for success in this position.,
