Job Description
- As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. With 6 to 10 years of experience in Goldengate, you should be available to work in a 24x7 capability. You are expected to possess strong knowledge of Goldengate on Classic, integrated, and Microservice architecture, along with expert knowledge of Oracle Database and Goldengate implementation of 19c/23ai GG. Your role will require strong troubleshooting skills in replication and experience in implementing high availability features of Oracle Database/Goldengate. As part of the Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a customer advocate and resolving non-technical inquiries through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of Goldengate experience, the ability to work in a 24x7 environment, and a deep understanding of Goldengate architecture and Oracle Database. Strong troubleshooting skills in replication and experience with high availability features are essential for this role.
