Job Description

As an experienced professional with 2-6 years of expertise, you will demonstrate expert knowledge and hands-on experience in using Reporting tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. Your responsibilities will include the setup of indexers, forwarders, dashboard creation, and setting up alerts. You should possess a strong understanding of query language, saved search functionalities, and dashboard customization. In addition to the primary skills, you will showcase expert-level experience in Monitoring & Reporting tools like Splunk, Nagios, and Dynatrace. Your proficiency should extend to setup, infrastructure management, and backend operations. Familiarity with tools such as HPOVO, SNMP, and other related technologies will be essential for this role. Complementing your primary skill set, you should have excellent knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, Oracle databases, Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, basic Java programming, and Change Control Systems like GIT and SVN. Experience with Ticketing and task management tools such as Remedy and Jira will be beneficial. Moreover, hands-on experience in Release & Deployment processes within Unix, Linux, or Cloud-based environments will be a valuable asset.
