Job Description
- As an Associate Architect in Healthcare Design at Acenzo, you will be a key leader in shaping the design, delivery, and strategic direction of healthcare projects. With 7-12 years of experience, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through complex architectural challenges, lead client engagements, and ensure that each project upholds our commitment to innovation, clinical functionality, and user-centered design. Join our collaborative culture to create impactful spaces that define the next chapter in the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will include leading healthcare projects end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, overseeing production of construction documents, conducting site reviews, and solving complex design and technical issues with patient-centric solutions. You will also mentor team members, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support the strategic growth of the healthcare vertical. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, have a minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering healthcare projects, possess a strong understanding of Indian healthcare delivery systems, and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of Indian building codes, hospital design regulations, and construction methodologies, along with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
