Job Description

Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Convergent Charging.
Strong knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging, SAP BRIM, and related technologies is essential.
This involves designing and implementing charging models, including charge plans, charges, pricing macros, refill plans, and refill logic.
Proficiency in SAP CC configuration and customization.
Managing the catalog of chargeable and charged items, including creating and monitoring billable and consumption items.
Maintaining master data related to Convergent Charging, such as BIT/CIT classes, billing processes, and invoicing processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CC configurations and integrations.
Loading and managing event data records that trigger charging actions.
Posses decent understanding on SOAP webservices.
Understanding and potentially working with Convergent Invoicing processes to manage billable items and generate invoices.
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solution reliability.
Strong understanding of billing, rating, and charging processes.
Client facing experience, especially in gathering requirements and demonstrating solutions, can be an advantage.
