Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Structural Design Engineer with strong Sales & Marketing expertise, to join our team and drive growth in B2B, B2C, government, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical excellence and client-focused strategic thinking, with a successful track record in account management and steel-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key B2B, B2C, infrastructure, and government clients.
  • Act as the single point of contact for client needs, providing tailored structural engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams to win and execute large-scale projects.
  • Lead client negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery timelines aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritize client orders based on urgency, impact, and strategic importance.
  • Gather and present market intelligence for pricing decisions and strategic planning.
  • Continuously improve customer experience, product mix, and market share.
  • Ensure resolution of customer concerns with complete closure and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive team collaboration, mentoring, and leadership to meet business targets.
  • Focus on innovation and value engineering to meet evolving customer needs.

Candidate Profile:


  • Education: M.Tech in Civil (Structural Engineering) + MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in structural design and sales of engineering solutions/products
  • Industry Preference: Steel, Construction, Engineering Solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical ideas into client-oriented solutions
  • Experience in handling high-value projects and accounts
