Job Description

• Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects and functions.
• Collaborate with Product and Machine Learning teams to define, plan, and deliver high-impact solutions on time.
• Establish and enforce strong software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including:
• Requirement documentation
• Technical specifications
• Coding standards and implementation practices
• Code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
• Deployment, post-launch monitoring, and observability
• Security, compliance, and operational best practices
• Stay current with evolving trends in AI/ML development and integrate best practices into engineering workflows.
• Own and manage engineering hiring, team planning, and budget allocation.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture rooted in ownership, quality, and continuous learning.

• Proven track record of hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience leading teams through different stages of growth (10 50+ engineers).
• Early-stage startup experience is mandatory.
• Currently serving as an Engineering Manager, Senior EM, Director, or higher at a reputed technology company.
• Familiarity or experience with AI/ML technologies is a strong advantage.

• Strong technical foundation and deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A builder s mindset with an eye for scalable, sustainable processes.
• A passion for driving innovation and technical excellence in AI-driven product development.
