Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements/user stories.
- Support ServiceNow module implementations (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, CSM).
- Assist in designing solutions that align with best practices and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to ensure accurate delivery.
- Conduct gap analyses, workshops, and process mapping sessions with users.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and support end-user training.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, and test cases.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet compliance and governance standards.
